To proceed: That which necessitates this address is sincere advice and a reminder in acting upon the saying of Allāh, the Most High:
وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ الذِّكْرَىٰ تَنْفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
“And remind, for indeed the reminder benefits the believers.”
