Is it allowed to assist a person upon whom fasting is an obligation to eat or drink during the daytime in Ramadan?

Question: Is it allowed to assist a person upon whom fasting is an obligation to eat or drink during the daytime in Ramadan?

Answer: If it is obligatory upon these people to fast, then to help them to eat and drink (i.e., to break the fast), is harām (prohibited). However, the one who helps them ignorantly, not knowing, is not accountable.
