The one who breaks off from Tawāf or Sa’ee, from where does he begin when he rejoins? (Ibn Bāz)

(Q. 424): The one who breaks off from Tawaf or Sa’ee, from where does he begin when he rejoins?

Answer: He rejoins at the place where he stopped, he does not restart at the Black Stone.
