If a person cannot perform Tawāf during Hajj due to inability, can someone else make Tawaf on his behalf? (Ibn Bāz)

(Q. 392): If a person cannot perform Tawaf during Hajj due to inability, can someone else make Tawaf on his behalf?

Answer: No. Rather, such a person is carried during Tawāf. (Or pushed in a wheelchair).
