It is necessary to choose times, locations and situations which are a cause of supplications being answered – Shaikh Ibn ‘Uthaimeen

“It is necessary for a person to choose times, locations and situations which are a cause of supplications being answered. Examples of time are: to supplicate in the last part of the night, or between the adhān and the iqāmah. Examples of locations are the places of excellence and virtue. Examples of situations are: when in prostration, or whilst travelling, or when it is raining.”
