Ash-Shaikh Al-Imām, Abdul-‘Azīz Ibn Bāz (rahimahullāh) said: “If a woman forbids her husband from her bed because he has been drinking alcohol, and he wants to have sexual relations with her while he is drunk, then she is not sinful for preventing him. And she is obligated to advise him―so if he repents, then all praise is due to Allah but if he refuses and persists with this sinful act, she can seek a divorce (talāq) to get far away from his evil. And if he refuses to divorce her, she can escalate the affair to a judge (who can issue an annulment).”
