The ruling on killing an animal that is harmless such as a dog or cat ―by Shaikh Ibn Bāz
It is not permissible to kill harmless animals such as cats and dogs and so on. (See Al-Jāmi’ fī Fiqhil-‘Allāmah Ibn Bāz, p. 1208)
